Kento Nanami (Salaryman) is one of the most durable characters, boasting a solid health pool of 100 HP.
However, after playing for Nanami for a number of hours, we can safely say that his reduced walking speed and slow M1 attacks strongly affect not only his ability to fight at a high level, but also affect your mood. It's a pretty annoying fact when you lose time after time, frankly seeing that it's because you can't move quickly from point A to point B due to speed limits.
Let's return to some of his skills and moves. His signature move is the Ratio Technique (7:3): upon activating his R Special on a nearly defeated enemy, a Bar appears on their body. A well-timed M1 click at the 7:3 mark deals critical damage that cannot be healed, even by an ultimate.
His basic move set is recommended to include Slicing Dash, Critical Chain, and Crippling Counter.
Please note - do not forget that in Overtime Work mode, his attacks cause tremendous AoE-destructive damage. This will often save you in a pinch.
As mentioned, the Salaryman’s glaring weakness is his sluggishness, which naturally makes him vulnerable at long range.
When fighting Nanami, we recommend keeping him at a distance. Due to his low movement speed, ranged characters can easily shoot him.
When he tries to use the Cleaving / Slicing Dash or Blunt Cut, it is necessary to make preemptive lateral jerks and interrupt his attacks with as high-speed combo chains as possible, always before he can counter.
