Hiromi Higuruma (Defense Attorney) is a character who specializes in judicial debuffs. During the battle, he can transport opponents to the courtroom, where they will be subjected to the "Confiscation" debuff, after which all the enemy's cursed attacks will be blocked.
He can also be given the Executioner's Sword, which can kill in one hit.
Defense Attorney is very weak in his base state, making him very poor for combo attacks and combo chains. He also struggles with AoE and ranged attacks. This is a melee character.
Don't forget to block his linear hammer strikes, "Judgment Reach."
If he gets the Executioner's Sword, you need to stop any attacks, try to escape from "justice" with unpredictable jumps and side dashes, since the Executioner's Sword has a very short range of damage.
