Cursed Partners [Yuta Okkotsu & Rika Orimoto] - Utah is considered the game's most challenging character, because you need to manage two characters at once.

Ultimate: (True Love).
Restores: 15 HP.
Jacob's Ladder - 63 DMG and burning 50% of the enemy's Awakening Bar
Authentic Mutual Love - you can copy skills of other characters.

Black Flash: Secret Finisher.
Black Flash through a long range Rika Throw (you need to kill your enemy).
PvP
8 different attacks, divided between him and Rika.
True Love (awakening) - you can copy enemy skills.
Rika is one of the top-tier PvP characters.
She can shut down enemy combos and lock them down with unblockable grabs.

You can use Rika to move quickly.
